Cooking Project: Making Khmer Desserts

Not just luscious, desserts in Cambodia are always colorful and attractive for anyone. Let us discover and taste fabulous desserts from all over Cambodia.

With this project, students are able to boost their necessary skills such as teamwork, creativity, hygiene, and the different processes like blending or mixing flour.

We encourage the students to learn more and support Cambodian desserts rather than processed foods.
