CSL Cooking Project: Chinese Hotpot

Chinese teacher from Aii Language Center Chak Angre Campus guide the students to cook Sichuan hot pot. Through this cooking project, gained a deeper grasp of Chinese culture as well as a large vocabulary of terms connected to hot pot. Before preparing to try hot pot, the teacher will ask each student about the words of hot pot ingredients such as: base, sauce, meat, meatballs and vegetables. Everyone chatted and learned while eating, which brightened the mood and contributed to the day’s contentment.
